I will never forget...I was in my early 30’s the first time I saw a picture of myself and did not recognize “me”. Not only did I not recognize my body, I realized I had lost myself. I was at my all time heaviest, in a terrible marriage, fighting depression and turning to food to soothe my emotions.
Through new healthy lifestyle habits I found self-confidence that had been stripped away and I knew then that I wanted to help women just like me to stop simply surviving and start thriving by having a healthful relationship with food and fitness through building a foundation of essential and purposeful habits to live the lifestyle they deserve.
